Adamoto client installation

To deploy software packages to a client, the adamoto client software has to installed on the client. After that the client will register at the automatically and will appear at the managed systems.

Here is the way to install the client software:

• Go to client computer.

• Open the adamoto frontend on a browser.

• Choose „install client“.

• The installation starts. You will be asked for the installation directory, server ip and the client name.

• The installation is complete. The client is ready to work with adamoto

• To start the client you have to call adamoto.sh for unix systems or adamoto.bat for windows system.

• To automate the calls to adamoto create an entry in crontab or autostart.
